At least\u2026it is according to Johnnie Walker.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lord knows <\/em>I can certainly use all the medicine in the world right now, because I\u2019m obviously <\/em>losing my mind.<\/span><\/p>\n

I always walk when I need to clear my head, meditate, do some self-reflection, or just de-stress all together.<\/span><\/p>\n

So, after leaving Garrett and Terry\u2019s, my first impulse was to walk.<\/span><\/p>\n
