There\u2019d be additional costs for a biopsy and, of course, surgery if <\/em>it comes to that, but we\u2019ll take it one step at a time.”<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n You feel all the energy rushing out of you as you exhale in a long, tired sigh. And we can’t treat what we can’t diagnose, Ramona.”<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n You\u2019re at a loss for words, so you don’t say anything for several moments. You have no idea what you\u2019re going to do or where you\u2019re going to get that kind of money from, but you need to get out of here.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n “Not a problem,” he says, standing as well and towering over you once again.
