And panting.<\/span><\/p>\n

And sweating.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ugh! <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

This is the third time this week.<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve already had to apologize profusely to my supervisor, Jeromy, for my lack of punctuality twice. Both times, he\u2019d been highly disgruntled about my lateness, and both times, I told him it wouldn\u2019t happen again.<\/span><\/p>\n

That was yesterday <\/em>and the day before <\/em>that.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yet, here I am, sprinting to work once more.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jeez, I can\u2019t believe I overslept so much. He\u2019ll have my neck for sure this time, I just know it.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I felt even more tired waking up than I did going to sleep last night, so a nap before work was non-negotiable if I was going to have any semblance of coherence whatsoever during my shift today.<\/span><\/p>\n

Obviously, that plan didn\u2019t exactly work out.<\/span><\/p>\n
